Michele is a lifelong pet lover and the new owner of Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique in Raleigh, North Carolina! Michele has two dogs, Sheba and Blake, as a dog mom she found it difficult to find a dog groomer that she loved. There seemed to be only one solution, to open her own dog grooming franchise! “ I was looking for a dog grooming franchise that seemed to care about the safety of the dogs and had a fun clean image,” Says Michele. I love the Splash and Dash brand and the boutique style groomerie!” After doing her research on Splash and Dash and talking to Dan J. Barton, the owner of Splash and Dash, Michele fell in love with the concept and brand of Splash and Dash.

While Michele enjoys working in corporate finance, she also comes from a family of business owners. Her dad owns his own business and has always told her to “treat employees right, keep customers happy and always look at a failure as an opportunity to make an improvement.” Michele is excited to be a new business owner and provide a great service to all the dogs in the Raleigh community!
