What do the different levels of membership for Dr. Dash include?

There are two levels of membership for Dr. Dash.

The first level, Dr. Dash Plus, includes 24/7 access to the Dr. Dash platform for licensed veterinary professionals and general dog-related care.

The next level, Dr. Dash Unlimited, includes all features of the Dr. Dash Plus level, along with direct access to a pet nutritionist who can provide nutrition plans for your individual dogs and answer specific dietary questions.

How do I enroll in Dr. Dash's memberships?

I’m not currently a Splash and Dash member. How do I sign up?

To sign up for a Splash and Dash membership, please visit https://splashanddashfordogs.com/memberships/. From there, you can pick the location that is most convenient for you. When signing up for the bath and brush membership, you will be prompted to choose the Dr. Dash level that best fits your needs. After completing the membership signup, you will be directed to the main member page, where you will have immediate access to Dr. Dash and the nutrition consult, depending on your Dr. Dash level membership.

How do I access the Dr. Dash portal?

Accessing the Dr. Dash portal is easy from any mobile or desktop device. Log into your Splash and Dash account, select the Dr. Dash icon, and start chatting. You can click the Vet Chat button to be instantly connected to veterinary professionals. With the Dr. Dash Unlimited membership, you’ll also see a menu option to schedule consultations with a pet nutritionist at your convenience.
