Grace and Jan Barrett are the owners of Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique in Louisville. Grace was born and raised in Louisville and Jan has lived in Louisville for 20+ years. “We wanted to work together doing something that we both have an interest in — we’re both dog lovers so opening a pet grooming franchise seemed like a great opportunity,” says Jan and Grace. “We love how Splash and Dash is one big family. It’s unlike anything else in our town. “

Grace and Jan have always had a passion for dogs, they have 3 chihuahuas. Jan works in the tennis industry, while Grace has a background in customer service. They are looking forward to becoming more well-known within the community and service as many dogs as possible. “We are excited to build a business for the community that will help families take care of their pets,” says Jan and Grace. They hope to open more Splash and Dash locations in the future!
