Owner Story

Tommy and Kelly are the proud new owners of Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique in Middletown! Tommy was born and raised in Louisville and is a proud veteran and University of Louisville graduate. Kelly grew up in rural Kentucky but has lived in Louisville for 22 years now and is an avid lover of all animals. Her and Tommy have been together for 18 years.

They both have their own small businesses and wanted to find something they could enjoy together. With Kelly’s experience in Customer Service, Tommy’s experience with business, combined with their shared love of animals, owning a dog groomerie seemed like a perfect fit.

Tommy and Kelly currently have one 16 year old, mixed breed dog named Gunner and one 12 year old, gray and white cat named Cincy Bear. “Helping to care for our pets to keep them as happy and healthy as possible has given us many years with them. They are family and deserve to be spoiled! Now we also get to be a part of spoiling our Splash and Dash customers’ fur family!”
