Pedro is bringing his love and passion for pets to Burlington as the newest Splash and Dash owner!

Originally from Portugal and raised in France, Pedro spent more than 20 years working in the animal health industry, supporting veterinarians and helping pet brands grow internationally. During the pandemic, his corporate role relocated him and his family to Canada. A big life change that turned into a new chapter, and eventually inspired him to take a more personal path, working closer to pet families and everyday care.

Pedro and his partner are raising two children, now 7 and 9 years old, and last year the family welcomed a Mini Goldendoodle into their lives. Even after years in the pet industry, becoming a daily dog parent brought a new perspective - reinforcing how important routine care is to keep dogs clean, comfortable, and healthy, even when muddy paws are part of the adventure. Part of his motivation was simple: to help offer the kind of pet care experience he would genuinely trust for his own favorite furry family member.

That’s what drew Pedro to Splash and Dash. A place where pets feel safe, pet parents feel comfortable, and the experience feels modern, friendly, and stress-free. Pedro is excited to bring his streamlined, thoughtful approach to Splash and Dash. He’s ready to create an exceptional experience for Burlington’s pet parents while building something that makes a lasting difference in the community.
