Pedro is bringing his expertise and passion for pets to Toronto as the newest Splash and Dash owner!

Born in Portugal and raised in France, Pedro has spent more than two decades in the animal health industry, working with one of the world’s largest animal health companies. His extensive experience in pet care, including launching products and expanding operations across multiple countries, has given him a deep understanding of the growing companion animal market. After years of working in corporate roles, Pedro realized he wanted something different—something he could truly be passionate about. That’s where Splash and Dash comes in.

Having lived in Canada for the past 4.5 years, Pedro and his family have embraced their new home, and they’re even welcoming a Mini Goldendoodle into their lives this year! With two young kids (6 and 8) and his partner, who works as a project manager, Pedro was drawn to business ownership as a way to build something of his own while staying close to his family. He was amazed by the dedication pet owners have and the opportunities in the pet industry, which reinforced his decision to pursue his entrepreneurial dream.

As a firm believer in performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, Pedro is excited to bring his streamlined approach to Splash and Dash. With ambitious revenue goals and a long-term vision for multi-unit growth, he’s ready to create an exceptional experience for Toronto’s pet parents while making a lasting impact in his community.
