Navid and Farzaneh are excited to bring Splash and Dash to Richmond Hill, Ontario!
With a strong background in finance and over a decade of experience at RBC as mortgage specialists, Navid and Farzaneh have spent years helping families navigate homeownership. However, after working entirely from home since 2020, they started exploring franchise opportunities, looking for a business that was both recession-resistant and aligned with their long-term financial goals. Their journey led them to Splash and Dash, where they saw the perfect blend of stability, scalability, and passion for pets.
Having moved to Canada in 2007, Navid and Farzaneh have built a life in Richmond Hill with their teenage son, who shares a love for gaming, and their beloved Maltese-Shih Tzu mix, CoCo. Their personal experience as pet owners made them appreciate the growing demand for high-quality pet care, reinforcing their decision to invest in the pet industry.
Starting as semi-absentee owners, Navid and Farzaneh plan to build a strong foundation while maintaining their careers, with the long-term vision of expanding their business. They’re eager to bring a premium, customer-focused pet experience to Richmond Hill and create a welcoming space for local pet lovers.
