Dennis, with his extensive background in technology, retail, and AI, brings a wealth of experience in driving business success and delivering value through innovation. His time at Microsoft and as a management consultant has equipped him with the skills to grow and manage a thriving operation. Mako, after dedicating years to raising their two children, including their younger son with special needs, is excited to channel her experience in customer service and HR management into their new venture. Her love for animals and their family’s hope to foster deeper connections with the pet community inspired this step into business ownership.

Starting as semi-absentee owners, Dennis and Mako are eager to build a strong foundation for their Splash and Dash location while planning for future growth. Together, their detail-oriented approach and commitment to customer care ensure they will create a welcoming, reliable space for pet owners in Burlington.
