After years of working in the corporate world Sarah as an analyst at Lockheed Martin and Drew in the financial and information technology industry they realized it was time to build something of their own. Sarah will be stepping away from her career to run the day to day operations of their new Splash and Dash Groomerie and Boutique while Drew will continue in his current role supporting the business as it grows with the goal of joining full time in the future. This leap of faith is driven by their shared belief that life is too short to spend it as just another number in a company. They want to build something meaningful together and are fully committed to making it work.

They are also grateful to have the support and guidance of Sarah’s father a successful franchise owner who has inspired and mentored them along the way.
