Robert and Alice - Oshawa, ON
Robert and Alice are a passionate dog loving couple who are excited to bring Splash and Dash Groomerie and Boutique to their community. As they complete their MBA degrees while continuing to build their professional careers, they saw this stage of life as the perfect time to begin building something of their own and creating a strong foundation for the future.
Together they bring a powerful combination of skills. Alice has a natural passion for serving customers and creating meaningful relationships, along with experience managing clinic operations and improving processes. Robert brings strong leadership from his work as a senior program manager, where he leads complex projects, solves problems, and keeps teams focused on achieving results.
Most importantly, they share a genuine love for dogs and a desire to create a place where pets are treated like family. By opening Splash and Dash, Robert and Alice are excited to provide a trusted grooming experience for local pet parents while building lasting relationships within the community they care about.
